Who we are

zonezerotopanga.com is a local informational resource of the Zone Zero California network. It provides education about California's ember-resistant zone ("Zone 0") requirements and connects homeowners with CSLB-licensed contractors. We are not affiliated with any government agency.

What we collect

If you submit the assessment form, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, property address, the type of work you're interested in, and any notes you add. We also receive standard technical information (such as the page you submitted from) and a Google reCAPTCHA score used to filter spam.

How we use it

Form submissions are used to check your property's fire hazard zone status, prepare your assessment, and connect you with a CSLB-licensed contractor who serves Topanga and the Santa Monica Mountains. Fence-related inquiries may be referred to a fence contracting company owned by this network's operator; you are never obligated to use any referred contractor. We may also use submission data to measure advertising effectiveness (for example, via Meta's Conversions API). We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

Your information is shared only with the service providers that operate this site's form processing (such as Make.com and Google reCAPTCHA) and with the licensed contractor handling your request. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.

Retention and your choices

We keep lead information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. Cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies on its own. Embedded services (Google reCAPTCHA, and Meta Pixel where active) may set cookies under their own policies.
